Day 1: Arrival in Maun & Transfer to Leroo La Tau

  • Arrival at Maun Airport
  • Meet & greet by Delta EcoWild Safari representative
  • Road transfer to the Boteti River area (approx. 2 hours)
  • Check-in at Leroo La Tau Tented Lodge, situated along the Boteti River at the edge of Makgadikgadi Pans National Park
  • Sundowner game drive and orientation activity
  • Accommodation: Leroo La Tau Tented Lodge
  • Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Into the Central Kalahari – Deception Valley

  • Early breakfast at the lodge
  • Transfer into the Central Kalahari Game Reserve via Matswere Gate
  • Afternoon game drive en route to Deception Valley
  • Camp setup in a private wilderness campsite
